Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We currently ship within the United States using USPS services.

Shipping is based on your merchandise subtotal (shown at checkout):

  • Free Standard Shipping – $25.00+ merchandise subtotal (USPS Ground Advantage)
  • Standard Shipping – $1.28 for $13.00–$24.99 merchandise subtotal (USPS Ground Advantage)
  • Standard Shipping – $2.99 for $0.00–$12.99 merchandise subtotal (USPS Ground Advantage)

Upgraded Services – At checkout, customers may select faster USPS options (e.g., USPS Priority Mail). Additional charges apply.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected option.

Discount Codes & Shipping

Discount and affiliate codes apply to products only (not taxes). Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility are calculated from the merchandise subtotal shown at checkout.

If a discount reduces your merchandise subtotal below $25, free shipping may not apply and the applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

  • USPS Ground Advantage: typically 2–5 business days after shipment.
  • USPS Priority Mail: typically 1–3 business days after shipment.

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking

All orders include USPS tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@casadeabuela.com.
  2. Provide your order number and photos if possible.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
