Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items. All returns must be:

  • Initiated within 30 days of the purchase date
  • In their original condition, unopened, and sealed in original packaging

Opened or partially used food products cannot be returned for safety reasons, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.


Return Process

You can submit your return request online through your customer account:

  1. Go to: Customer Account Login
  2. Log in with your email address.
  3. Check your inbox for the six-digit verification code sent from our store.
  4. Enter the code to access your account.
  5. Find your order and click Request return.
  6. Select the items you want to return, choose a return reason, and add any notes.
  7. Submit your request.

Once approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. After we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.


Refund Timing

If your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Food Safety: Opened, unsealed, or partially used products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
